Winmax Engineering W.L.L. provides integrated MEP contracting and specialized fire protection solutions for commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, and other building projects.
Our MEP team provides support from design coordination and material procurement through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Works
We design, supply, install, test and commission complete fire alarm and fire fighting systems in compliance with international standards (NFPA, QCDD) — fire alarm, firefighting, hydrant, sprinkler, fire pump, hose reel systems and fire protection piping.
HDPE Works
HDPE pipe installation for water supply, fire protection and underground networks — butt fusion, electrofusion, underground HDPE networks, water lines and HDPE fire protection networks.
Electrical Works
Electrical installation, power distribution, lighting and small power systems, cable installation, cable tray & trunking, electrical equipment installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
Plumbing & Drainage
Domestic water supply, hot & cold water systems, sanitary plumbing, soil & waste, drainage, storm water and underground drainage, water tank connections and plumbing testing & commissioning.
HVAC & Chilled Water Systems
Chilled water pipe installation, HVAC piping, chilled water networks, HVAC equipment installation, pipe insulation, testing & commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance
Complete testing, commissioning, documentation and handover — followed by planned maintenance to keep systems compliant and reliable.
